This sofa conceals a large 40” wide TV, which emerges from the top by a remote control mechanism. Placed in-situ at the end of a bed, it means that the occupier can watch TV without having unsightly technology in the room. We were able to keep the sofa dimensions and back thickness to our normal proportions, even with the TV and mechanism inside, so the aesthetics of the piece were not compromised. The TV mechanism not only allows the TV to lift and lower, but also to turn to face the front or back.
