We went to Decorex

So if you saw our last blog post you will know that we went to Decorex this year for the first time in 16 years and boy was it fun, although not without a few dramas.

Firstly our Marketing Manager, who had organised the majority of it, fell off her horse and ended up at A&E followed by a week of bed rest. Needless to say there were a lot of conference calls and video chats from Syon Park to give decorators instructions!

I think we managed to pull it off though and even managed to decorate her wheel chair (hired for ease of access and not for any broken bones)!

Thankfully we sailed through the rest of the week meeting both new and old clients alike and have been flooded with orders ever since - from bespoke Cinema chairs to an exact replica of our Kingston sofa.

All the designs on our stand were new and created after months of research into our archives and we were very pleased with the resulting sofas and chairs - Kingston, Somerset, Mayfair and Piccadilly.

We met lots of wonderful companies and have been flooded with gorgeous fabric samples that we can’t wait to use!

Our stand would not have worked if it wasn’t for the amazing wallpaper by F + P Interiors, the stand-out Ardmore fabric from Colony, the gorgeous lamps from Rosanna Lonsdale (which were also in the champagne bar) and the timeless acrylic side tables from Nigel Carew-Jones.

To view everything that was on our stand visit our catalogue.

Until next year…!
